How to Claim Your Replacement
Step 1. Enter your order number + email below.
Step 2. Tell us what happened (lost or broken).
Step 3. Pay a small 35 AED shipping & handling fee.
Step 4. We’ll ship your replacement pair — same style if available, or a comparable style of equal value.
Important Notes
- Each pair is eligible for one replacement within 12 months of purchase.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Normal wear (scratches, fading, etc.) isn’t covered.
- If your style is out of stock, we’ll send you something equally awesome.
